We are a small, family-owned operation dedicated to raising all natural beef and pork and brown eggs.  We partner with other farmers who provide us with all natural chicken, game meats, specialty sausages, and more.  These farmers believe in the same sustainable farming practices as we do, and proud to supply our customers with high-quality products that are safe, wholesome, delicious and nutritious.  We take pride in putting healthy and delicious food on your table.

10 am to 5:30 pm and by appointment

We will be at the Denville Farmers Market on Sunday, 4/9  from 10 am – 1 pm.

You can still sign up for the meat share program – April through July.

We also introduced new Bulk Box Options for Beef, Pork and Chicken.

PORK OPTIONS:  All the pork is raised with no antibiotics, no growth hormones, no steroids, no animal-by-products, fed a vegetarian diet, no nitrites or nitrates added.

Petite Hams (our own) – $7.50 per lb – apx. 2-5 lbs (frozen)

Smoked Ham (local) – $7.99 per lb. (not frozen)

  • Smoked Spiral Ham with bone– apx. 8-9 lbs
  • Smoked Boneless Ham– apx. 6 lbs
  • Smoked Boneless Ham– apx. 3 lbs

 Pork Loin Roast – boneless (our own) – $9.99 per lb – apx. 2-5 lbs (frozen & not frozen)

LAMB OPTIONS:  All the lamb is pastured raised with no antibiotics, no growth hormones, no steroids, no animal-by-products, fed a vegetarian diet. (not frozen).

  • Leg of Lamb– $12.99 per lb – whole, boneless – netted – oven ready – apx. 6-8 lbs, serves about 12 people
  • Leg of Lamb– $12.99 per lb – half, boneless – netted – oven ready – apx. 3-4 lbs, serves about 6 people
  • Rib Rack– $31.99 per lb – 8 ribs – oven ready – apx. 2-4 lbs

TURKEY OPTIONS:  Turkeys are local, all natural, free range, raised with no antibiotics, no growth hormones, no steroids, no animal-by-products, fed a vegetarian diet. (frozen)

  • Whole Turkeys – $5.15 per lb –14-16 lbs, 16-18 lbs, 20-22 lbs 
  • Turkey Breasts– $7.99 per lb – apx. 9-11 lbs
